You knew about the sleep deprivation during the newborn stage. You knew about the 'Terrible Twos'. You even knew that teenagers were hard work. But no one warned you that juggling parenting, work, the house, friendships, your relationship, and all the other million demands on your time, would be so hard.
No, they sure kept that part quiet.
Before having children you laughed at the Mombie comments.
"It really can't be that hard," you thought.
"I'll be able to do it all," you thought.
Yummy Mummy. That was so going to be you.
Then children happened, and reality is VERY different from what you imagined. Actually, you couldn't have imaged this.
The house is impossible to keep tidy, never mind clean.
Mount Washmore is harder to conquer than Mount Everest.
Mum and Dad taxi is never out of business.
The children seem to tag team you - if it's not one who is upset, it's another.
You spend more time being a referee than having fun with the kids.
Overwhelmed, stressed and frazzled is your normal these days.
You feel drained and have no energy to do anything.
You want to be a calm parent, but keep finding yourself quick to react and getting frustrated and angry.
You're not the parent want to be.
You have zero time for yourself.
Heck, if you're being honest, sometimes you don't even know who you are anymore.
This might upset you, but it's meant to empower you and make you feel all "Heehaw, let's do this!" (okay, if you're not into country music maybe you won't be heehawing with me here). Feeling that life is a struggle, is a choice. Feeling overwhelmed, is a choice. Feeling hard done by, is a choice.
Feeling anything is a choice.
You see feelings are signals from your body that are created from your thoughts. And your thoughts are created by your beliefs, values and experiences. Your thoughts happen when you experience different situations. While you might not have control over every situation in your life, you do have control over some things. You also have control over your thoughts and feelings once you know how to get control of them.
If you're like my clients, you're likely to be the glue that holds everything together. If you aren't feeling your best, your family life is likely not the best it could be. The cool thing is that when you take the brave step to do things differently, awesome things start to happen! You feel better, life starts being less chaotic and stressful, you feel more in control and confident, and your family life becomes calmer, happier and more fun! The children even start to listen to you more, they do what you ask them more, and you get to enjoy time with them.
A 4-week program for overwhelmed, stressed and frazzled parents who want to take control of their lives so that they have more energy, feel better in themselves, and can parent from a calmer place (instead of turning into Shouty Parent).
The program will help you...
This isn't your typical program where you watch lots of lessons and you're left on your own trying to figure out how to do it. It's super hands on and practical.
We officially start Tuesday 19th April 2022, but the Facebook group will open on Monday 11th April. This is so you have time to settle in before we start.
Frazzled No More is brand new. You get to be one of the first parents to take part. How fab is that? It means you can help me make it even more awesome just by taking part and giving me feedback. For that, you get to enroll in the Program for half price! Yes, 50% off as a thank you for being one of the first parents taking part.
Frazzled No More is £222, but as a thank you, you can take part for ONLY£111 (or two monthly payments of £56).
I'm limiting the number of parents who can join to 15. That way I can tailor this Program to meet the needs of all the members and give everyone the attention they deserve. The Program will meet you where you're at and help your grow to be where you want to be. How many Programs do that?
